The BOIG Group implements projects in the areas of Development Management, Project Management, Tenants Coordination, and Leasing Management. Services are provided by companies within the group according to the following division.
The scope covers the initial phase of project implementation. Starting with the identification of land properties, analysis of their potential, and completion of purchase transactions within an appropriately selected organizational structure, ending with obtaining a set of administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the project in cooperation with experienced architects and project managers.
The scope covers primarily the construction period of the facility. In the initial phase, a tender is conducted for the general contractor and contractors for specialized works, with particular emphasis on the appropriate assessment of the contractors' reputation and adherence to the project schedule and budget. The scope also includes investor supervision, which oversees the process of obtaining final administrative decisions and opening the facility.
As part of coordinating the work of tenants, BOIG performs tasks such as reviewing the compliance of detailed designs provided by tenants, assessing their consistency with the budget and schedule, and supervising the work performed by the tenant's subcontractors. The final stage is the acceptance of work performed under TI.
As a leasing agent, we identify and continuously adjust the most effective mix of tenants. We conduct negotiations on lease terms and finalize the entire process by concluding the agreed agreements.
