The organizational structure of the project is based on POK Finco sp. z o.o. (holding company), which holds 100% of shares in the special purpose vehicle (SPV) under the name POK Konstancin sp. z o.o. This ensures the effective functioning of both the financial and technical aspects of the project. The structure allows for multi-level security for financial donors, i.e., investors and the bank. The bank's collateral will be established directly at the level of the special purpose vehicle POK Konstancin sp. z o.o., while the collateral for the financing obtained from investors will encumber the assets of the holding company POK Finco sp. z o.o., thus obtaining an adequate structure of implementation priorities.
